Delegate White moves to amend the bill on page fifty, section one-c, line thirty-eight, following the words “the following schedule” and the colon, by striking out the remainder of subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Natural resources police officers in service at the time the amendment to this section becomes effective shall be given credit for prior service and shall be paid salaries as the same length of service will entitle entitles them to receive under the provisions of this section.”,

On page fifty-two, section one-c, line seventy-seven, following the words “rank to another”, by striking out the period and inserting a colon and the following words: “Provided, however, That any natural resources police officer who receives an increase in compensation pursuant to the amendment and reenactment of this section in 2011 shall not receive any across-the-board pay increase
granted by the Legislature or the Governor in 2011”, followed by a period.
